What you need:
40ml Tio Pepe Fino
2 tsp brandy cream
1 tbsp mulling spices
60ml hot water
Orange peel and berries to garnish
How to make:
Combine the Tio Pepe, gin, brandy cream and mulling spices into a saucepan over a low heat. Stir until the liquid is hot, but not boiling.
Filter into a teacup and garnish with a twist of orange peel and berries or redcurrants and star anise.
