A Dry Summer

A dry summer is what we always hope for each year and now with this summer delight hot on our radar we can enjoy ‘A Dry Summer’ everyday if we want too. Cocktail credit goes to Jayson Jansen Van Vuuren  from Liquid Chefs.

What you need:NO 4 JAYSON

50ml Tio Pepe Fino
35ml Cava
12.5ml Rhubarb & Thyme Syrup
2 dashes Rhubarb Bitters

How to make it:

Place fresh rhubarb inside a chilled champagne flute. Add the Tio Pepe and rhubarb and thyme bitters to the flute and top with cava. Garnish with 2 dashes of rhubarb bitters.
