60ml Tio Pepe Fino
10ml Tarragon Honey
5ml Cachaca
4 Dashes of Boston Bitters
2 Dashes of Absinthe

How to make:

Mix all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a port glass. Garnish with a Noceralla Olive and a lemon discard Tarragon Honey. Cold press fresh Tarragon leaves and filter the juice. Mix with honey syrup. (1ml for every 10ml of honey syrup)
