Tio Pepe Fino Sherry Flamenco Cocktail

What you need:

50ml Tio Pepe Fino
25ml La Copa Vermouth
20ml Amaretto Liqueur
2 dashes of orange and mandarin bitters
2 dashes of Angostura bitters

How to make:

  1. Stir all ingredients together and strain.
  2. Garnish with lemon zest.
  3. Serve in a coupe glass with anchovy olives on the side.
