What you need:
45ml Amontillado Sherry
35ml Purple Carrot and Balsamic Vinegar (shrubs)
25ml Orange Juice
1 bar spoon Maraschino
How to make it:
Stir all the ingredients together with ice then strain into a coupette and garnish with carrot powder around the rim.
