Gianluca Pavanello from Bar Swift brings us the Miura cocktail – bursting with delicious citrus, swiftly followed by a fiery chilli kick.
What you need:
45ml Tio Pepe Fino
15ml Alfonso Oloroso
20ml Mandarin Sherbet
15ml Olive Oil & Bay Leaf Syrup
10ml Green Chilli Pisco
How to make it:
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass and strain into a rock gobbler with hand cracked ice. Garnish with a mandarin leaf and spray with saffron and lemon tincture.
