Rebujito Fino

Karel Varga at Mr Fogg’s Residence for this year’s Tio Pepe Challenge competition – inspired by the Andalusian Rebujito cocktail.

50ml Tio Pepe Fino
40ml Leonor Palo Cortado
10ml London No.1 Gin
30ml Fresh apple juice
20ml Clementine & Vanilla syrup
50ml Water

How to make:

Mix all the ingredients in carbonizer and charge with CO2 charger.
When carbonated, pour into the original bottle and seal with a cap.
